Through 4 educational modules, we walk through how to make any goal or plan stick for good.  We look at reasons why your previous goals haven't worked and how you can make them work going forwards.

Motivation Vs discipline

In this module we teach you about why motivation shouldn't be the only factor in determining whether you reach your goals and how to stop relying purely on motivation to get stuff done.


Discipline and self-control might seem tricky to master, but we show you areas of your life where you already apply this and help you to apply it to new situations.

The power of small wins and 1% gains

In this module, we're going to look at why many small changes are favourable over one big change when it comes to results.


We often assume a massive change is needed to bring massive results.  In this module, we explore why this is very rarely the case.  Tiny daily changes will compound together to bring about success in the long term.

Principles of behaviour change

In this module we will uncover how to apply principles of behaviour change.  This will allow us to be more disciplined in our approach and carry us through times where we lack motivation.


You will be able to apply this to ANY goal that you set for yourself. Whether that’s a new exercise routine, eating well, or even leaving work on time.


By using this simple yet effective structure, you can make any of these goals into sustainable habits!

Healthy Habits

One of the reasons individuals struggle to get going with new habits is that they simply do not know what habits to adopt.


This module looks at key health areas - Sleep, Nutrition and Exercise - to help you discover what healthy habits might look like and to inspire you to think about other areas that you might not have previously considered.
